Delays

It has bee a good few months since we were hit badly by the hurricanes here inn Florida. I was one of the places directly hit by both. While most of our city is back to normal now, aside from some bad permanent damage to parts of our city, I am still playing a bad game of catch-up. My workshop was damaged for months, dozens of orders were damaged and/or lost during transit. I had to take out loans just to repay customers, and make replacement orders, while trying to still make new inventory so I could pay my bills and not lose my home. It has been an insane struggle, and everyone has been so kind and patient. If you were a customer affected by this, which started back in Fall of last year, please contact me.

Fulfillment Time

Fulfillment time for each product depends on the item. I hand make majority of my items, and they are made by order! They can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks depending on number of orders in my queue, and if I have conventions during that time where I have to go out of town for. If you need an item by a certain time (example: a birthday gift, etc) please email me and let me know! :)

Refunds and cancellations

I will refund if you file for one within a week of purchasing.
If USPS loses a package, or there is a delay in postage, I am not responsible.

I usually can, and do work with customers, so if there is an issue with your order please reach out and we can work something out.

Shipping

I ship VIA USPS. The post picks up packages from my location once a week. Once picked up, most packages arrive within 3-5 business days if you live in the States.

Returns

I do not take returns.
